All orders once dispatched cannot be returned, except in cases where the item received does not match what was ordered, or arrives damaged. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Approved returns must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Once received and inspected, we will process a replacement or refund.
